Meditation for relief: the HINT
This practice is called the HINT Tool: acronym for: Hello, Investigate, Need and Take care. And yes, you can use it as a hint- in the most intense moments, sometimes we just need a quick hint on what to do to become more connected with ourselves.
This method that it's developed after years of mindfulness practice and many professional trainings is based on the exceptional work of Tara Brach - which some of you might know it (or her)- and the work of Marshall Rosenberg, who developed the Non-violent Communication concept – which is truly transformational for many people.
